With not a lot to report for many months, I am thrilled to drop the latest news regarding all things author-ish in my world. Drumroll, please.... This summer I was offered representation for (what I hope is) my debut novel! The entire process was a bit of a whirlwind, with extraordinarily high amounts of thinking, lists, and research—per usual. But ultimately, I went with my heart. My head followed. And I couldn't be happier with my choice. Now... we dive into edits!

Hi all, After my initial surge of queries for Galileo Murphy, I took a break for a bit to catch my breath. Querying is everything I read about prior to diving in—it would probably take a while, and there'd be lots of ups and downs. Truth. Galileo is still out with many agents and editors, and I am hoping to hear from them (most have my full manuscript) before too long. Even the rejections have come with very positive feedback, so I feel like I am close to finding my champion.
