New projects

As I query what I hope will be my debut novel, I've been outlining my next project, as well as a companion novel to the aforementioned manuscript currently sitting in many agents' inboxes. I am also having fun exploring other writing endeavors. One that note, I entered #FallWritingFrenzy, and based upon the image below, my 200-words-or-less entry is a limerick...​​​

Canine Confidence

There once was a proud pup named Rocky,

Who felt handsome despite being stocky.

In a suit with a cape,

Fitting tight to his shape,

He sat confidently cool, almost cocky.
